How to Reset your Mac Dock to Default




Want to reset your Mac Dock to the Default? Do you want your Mac Dock to be as new as the Default? Then in this article, I'm gonna show you How to Reset your Mac's Dock to Default.



There are many ways you can customize your Mac Dock but if you don't like any customization and Want to Switch back to the Default Dock, then you may go through this article for your solution.

Reset Your Mac Dock

So here are the steps you need to apply to reset your Mac Dock. Now without taking much of your time, I would request you to go through the piece of writing below.

  • First of all, Go to Utilities and Open Terminal from there
  • Afterwards, Copy the below command and paste it there in the Terminal 
defaults delete com.apple.dock; killall Dock

  • After that, Hit Return to run the Command
  • Now it will set your Mac Dock as Default
